Thank you for visiting our website. We are adding items as they arise so stop back often. Here are some current updates:
- More frequent mowing of the Community Park has enhanced use of this area. Plans for a park pathway along the pier to allow easier access to the water when using a kayak or canoe were delayed due to COVID-19 restrictions. Hopefully this work can be completed in 2021. Solar lighting has been added to the pier walkway and T area of the Community Pier for aesthetics.
- We continue to work on turning over the Eagle’s Sound Estates roads to the State of Virginia secondary road system. On October 22, 2020, Sandpiper Lane and Oyster Cove Lane received two coats of tar and chips per VDOT requirements for acceptance into their program, as these two roads qualify for the VDOT program. Eaglet Lane and Bayview Lane received one coat of tar and chips for maintenance purposes. Final steps are underway to complete necessary paperwork to receive final VDOT approval for Sandpiper Lane and Oyster Cove Lane.
- ESPOA dues are set by the Board of Directors annually. Invoice notices are sent each year by June 1st with payment due on July 1st each year. Members have 60 days, by August 31st each year to make payment without interest penalty. After August 31st, interest will be charged from the July 1st due date.
