Thank you for visiting our website.  We are adding items as they arise so stop back often.  Here are some current updates:

  • On May 19, 2021, the Accomack County Board of Supervisors held a public hearing and approved a Resolution requesting the Virginia Department of Transportation include Sandpiper Lane and Oyster Cove Lane into the Secondary System of State Highways.  On May 20, 2021 both Sandpiper Lane and Oyster Cove Lane were deeded over to the County of Accomack and are now public roadways.  Eaglet Lane and Bayview Lane remain private roadways owned by ESPOA.  ESPOA will continue to work towards turning Eaglet Lane and Bayview Lane over to the State of Virginia secondary road system when they become eligible.
  • ESPOA dues are set by the Board of Directors annually.  Invoice notices are sent each year by June 1st with payment due on July 1st each year.  Members have 60 days, by August 31st each year to make payment without interest penalty.  After August 31st, interest will be charged from the July 1st due date.
